Are you looking for a virtual assistant to help with your business?

There are no physical services with the virtual assistant. All services are strictly virtual (online).

Our Virtual Assistant team will always do their best possible to fulfill your requests. However, when things are questionable, immoral or unethical, your request will be declined. Our team will do their utmost to service your requests, but neither ALL 8 And 9 (a Winter Mere company) nor its operators will be held accountable, liable or financially responsible for any inaccurate information provided.

Our virtual assistant are available during normal business hours: Monday – Friday 8:30-5:00 pm.

*However, depending on their own schedule and flexibility they may get to your tasks off business hours ( * not guaranteed) ( if the VA happen to work outside of normal business hours, your task will be time stamped.)

 

Request(s)

Each requests is to be submitted separately to ensure accurately and have a clear communication log. This will ensure the task is handle quickly and effectively.

The request must be clearly articulated with as much information as possible.

What is considered a request? Scheduling, booking a move/rental, researching, emailing, travel planning & booking, event planning, online purchases, contacting customer/ clients, data entry, book keeping, reservations, reminding teams, scheduling meetings, client review etc to name  just a few.

What services are not considered a request? There are a lot of services that we don’t deem request. These services include SEO, programming, logo design, graphic, legal advice, accounting/taxes, financial services. Although if you require those services, we would be happy to refer you to our partner for those area of expertise.

Occasionally, when a user submits a requests that we deem is a project rather than a task we’ll notify you if it’s beyond our service of level. In those cases we’ll provide you with the best solutions or find a suitable provider for your service. You’ll only be billed for time spent on researching alternative solutions that best fit your needs.

Membership: There are no monthly subscription and you pay for what you want and need. If you would like to be on a recurring subscription plan, please inform us. Your membership begin the day you signed up and it’ll expire after 30 days. Unused credits and requests do not roll over. Membership hours can be share among team or group, it’ll be deducted from the primary account holder. Only the primary membership account holder can add users to their account.

Membership Pricing: ALL 8 and 9 membership pricing is as follow: 
$6 per 10 minutes, 5 hrs plan $180, 15 hrs plan $ 540, 25 hrs plan $ 900, 50 hrs plan $ 1800. All prices are in USD ( US dollars). Please note that membership prices may change at any time, however you will be notified in advance if this happens.

Credits: Each request is billed in 10 minutes increments. Each package that you purchase has it’s own hours allocated to that plan. Any unused hours after 30 days will be expired and can not be rollover to the next month. You can purchase new hours each month. You can advice our Virtual Assistant how much time you would like to be used in handling your request.

Hours of operation: During normal business hours Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00 pm. We can receive request at any time. However, your request will be fulfilled during normal business hours. In some rare cases your task can be done off business hours ( you can request, but it’s up to our Virtual Assistant schedule and flexibility. Any task handle will be noted and time for you.)

Cancellation: You do not need to cancel as it’s a pay to go plan. However, if you would like to be on recurring monthly plan. Please cancel at least 14 days in advance of your membership renewal. ALL 8 and 9 will not provide refunds should you request to cancel after your membership have already been renewed.

Renewal: For memberships on recurring plan, it’ll be automatically renew and you will not be notify of your renewal. Should you wish to stop the renewal or cancel, please send us a written email with your request.  You have to receive an email from us for confirmation to cancel.

Your Responsibility: Your responsibility is to provide us with accurate information about yourself and the task requested. You are responsible for providing us your information and there may be advert risk of fraud, identity theft, wrong purchases etc. Even though our site is SSL encryption, you will bear the responsibility and liability for the information you have provided to us on our website or share with us. Your information is confidential as our client. Furthermore, our virtual assistant will not lie on your behalf for any reasons, be involved or responsible for any of your personal, business, accounting, legal, financial or other actions.

We will not be held liable or accountable for any illegal or fraudulent activities that you impose by using our services or request upon our services. Your account will be terminated immediately in such cases.

Limitations: We will not be involved in any illegal purchases, unlawful or misrepresentation. ALL 8 and 9, its employees, or VA will not be held accountable if any purchases made on your behave for refund, return or guarantees on behalf of the produce or services. 

Restrictions: You agree not to abuse, harass, scam, spam or give unreasonable requests to our VA.

Travel arrangements: As part of our services, we will find the best deals, arrange hotel accommodations, car rental services, airBnB etc for you. However, in no circumstances are we responsible for the quality of these services from your destination or service provider. We will not be responsible for any refunds or disputes with travel related services, flights, hotels or vehicle rental etc. ALL 8 and 9 will not refund, credit or held responsible for any travel arrangements.

Refund: No refund after purchased. No refund for services that are rendered. Credits will only be refunded if there was an error committed by our VA. Please contact info@all8and9.com if you feel there was an error made.
